Why would a broken computer prevent them from finishing homework anyway? Can't they do it with paper and pencil?
Still, I pity those kids. A full day of school (with homework) and then more classes at the Hagwon, until 9 or 10 at night? When do they have time for your homework?
Some of their homework is online. The specific case that triggered this was a girl who missed the previous class and said she couldn't take the test because she didn't get the vocab sheet. I reminded her that is was available online, at which point she pulled out the above excuse.
Rest assured though, I do feel sympathy for them. They seem to find time to play Starcraft and talk on their phones incessantly though.
