An Interesting Sighting

I think I saw Mormons in the subway today. Three clean-cut, well dressed young Caucasian men in suits . . . either LDS or the mafia I guess. But they were carrying books so I think the former is more likely.

Small world.

Keep an eye out for the influence of Rev. Moon's Unification Church. (I never thought about it before but "unification" must refer to North and South Korea. Duh, I guess).

If you play your cards right, you and 20,000 of your closest friends could get married in a football stadium.

I doubt that even Rev. Moon could arrange a better match:

"Jennifer Perry, aged 25, first met her prospective husband, Sebastian, on Sunday. By Saturday they will be married.

"Their marriage, along with 2,000 others, is part of a mass ceremony due to take place in Washington DC. The 2,000 weddings have all been arranged by one man, the Reverend Sun Myung Moon, the head of the Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity, or Unification Church - Moonies for short."

As a wiseguy, I'm offended by your implication that we do not read books.

And I'm pretty sure my word verification "venoritz" is not, indeed, a word.
