By a phenomenal stroke of luck, there is a 24-hour PC gaming establishment in the mall across the street from our apartment. So Saturday night (Sunday morning?) at midnight, I watched Bolton take on Chelsea at the Reebok. Shockingly, this is only the third-latest I've stayed up to watch the Super Whites, following a 3AM exhibition match against Lyon in 2007 and a 5AM cup match against Fulham in 2005.
Unfortunately, they lost thanks to goals from Nicolas Anelka and a Deco scissor kick but at least I had put Anelka in my fantasy team.
